Ground Rules:

When ordering beverages for a party, always project for larger attendance to ensure your party is never under-stocked.
Remember to offer a variety of options, including non-alcoholic drinks and beverages that cater to dietary restrictions or preferences.
Guests typically consume two drinks in the first hour and one additional drink every hour after that, but this can vary depending on the event and guest preferences.
Make sure to have enough options for each category of beverage to ensure that everyone who wants a particular drink can get one. For example, a six person party should have at least six beers to ensure that everyone can at least enjoy one drink of that type.
