Occasionally, our listed prices or bottle sizes may be incorrect. For example, a 750ml bottle may be mistakenly listed as a 375ml. In such cases, Cask & Cork will not be held responsible for these errors. We strive for accuracy in our product database, but mistakes can happen. We will not honor incorrect pricing. Customers will be contacted for confirmation before any charges are applied to ensure they agree to proceed with the correct price. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse sales if deemed inappropriate or unsafe. Product images are for illustration only and may not precisely reflect the item. Cask & Cork reserves the right to change product images at any time without notice.
Returns are considered up to 30 days after delivery or pickup. Upon receipt, products are evaluated by our staff. If a wine is flawed or doesn’t match the website listing, we’ll refund the product cost and shipping charges. If the wine is sound and matches the order, the customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs, plus a 15% restocking fee. For flawed wine, please refrain from opening additional bottles as only the first opened bottle is eligible for compensation. All returned bottles (opened and unopened) are required for a refund of the product cost and associated shipping charges.
For broken bottles, please provide a photo with your refund request. For leaks or damaged seals, contact us for options. Orders are filled based on product listings, not images. If you notice a discrepancy in the image or have questions, please contact us before ordering. We will not accept returns or exchanges based on product images
Order modifications must be submitted within 24 hours. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Orders returned due to lack of an adult signature or refusal will be refunded for returned bottles minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee
To cancel or change an order, contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. Changes incur a $10 service fee, and cancellations incur a 15% restocking fee. For orders already shipped, please refer to our return policy.
We hold shipments up to one season or 3 months, accommodating extreme temperatures to protect your wine. Winter or Summer orders may be held until Spring or Fall for safe delivery.
If an ordered vintage is out of stock, customers will be contacted with these options: change to the current vintage, delete the out of stock item, or cancel the order
All wine is sold in New York, and title passes to the buyer in New York. Sales tax for the destination county is applied to products shipped within New York State.
By placing an order with Cask & Cork, the purchaser authorizes Cask & Cork to engage a carrier for delivery. Title and ownership of all wine pass from Cask & Cork to the purchaser in New York. The purchaser assumes responsibility for importation. Orders are insured for transit losses or damages. The purchaser must be at least 21 and compliant with local laws regarding purchase and delivery of wine.
Orders over $5,000 may require a bank wire transfer at management's discretion. Wire transfer information will be provided as needed.
